Cliff's stature as a paramount athletic performance coach is grounded in his profound mastery of speed training. Earning recognition as one of the industry's foremost authorities, Cliff's knowledge is an invaluable asset. Notably, in 2023, he orchestrated a historic feat, producing the swiftest prospect in the NFL Draft, Shedrick Jackson. Shedrick's extraordinary 4.25-second 40-yard dash at Auburn University's pro day stands as a testament to Cliff's coaching prowess. Additionally, Cliff played a pivotal role in Isaiah Bolden's 7th-round selection by the New England Patriots – a landmark achievement for an HBCU player in the 2023 NFL Draft. During this remarkable year, he also assumed the role of University of Tampa's sprinters coach, steering the program to shatter five school records and numerous personal bests across distances ranging from 100 meters to 400 meters.
