ATHLETIC PRESCREEN

To ensure we meet your goals, we provide a comprehensive athletic assessment. Using state-of-the-art technology, such as DARI motion, we offer instant feedback on human movement screening. 

 

Additionally, we conduct a baseline field assesment of athletic performance and assess strength and conditioning patterns before you start your training, all to help you achieve your performance goals.

PRO OFFSEASON TRAINING

For professional athletes only. NFL, NBA, MLB  & other professional sports, we offer a thorough sports evaluation aimed at identifying key indicators to optimize an athlete's performance. Our objective is to enhance an athlete's speed, mobility, strength, athleticism, and overall health before the season begins, resulting in improved performance and longevity throughout the season

PERSONAL TRAINING 

Our personal training sessions are meticulously tailored to the athletes areas of concerns to enhance their athleticism as well as their health. We want unleash speed, power, and strength and conditioning, taking your performance to the next level for all sports.

We offer personal training from ages 14+ on athletic performance specialized specifically to an athlete's needs.

SEMI-PRIVATE SESSIONS

Similar to our PT sessions, our semi - private sessions are designed exclusively for groups of 2 - 3 athletes.

Under the guidance of our coaches, you'll receive individualized instruction and tailored workouts that cater to your discipline.

We take a systematic approach daily that is customized to ensure the athlete is constantly improving daily in the program. During this period, our mission is to maximize the athlete's speed, agility, strength, explosiveness & health, while preparing them to be at the best phyiscal shape possible.

BOXING

Private boxing session mastering the fundamental techniques of footwork, punches, and defensive maneuvers to building strength, agility, and mental focus. Either a beginner or advanced in boxing, here guide you every step of the way.  All rounds are 3 minutes .  
 

Six Rounds: $60
Eight Rounds: $80
Ten Rounds: $100
