Privacy Policy

Plain language, no dark patterns. Here is exactly what we collect, why we collect it, and who touches it.

Last updated: August 20, 2026

01What this policy covers

This policy explains what personal information Athlete Innovations collects through athleteinnovations.com, why we collect it, who processes it on our behalf, and what you can ask us to do with it. It covers the public website and the Operation 53 agent portal.

It does not cover training agreements, membership billing, or scheduling handled through our third-party booking provider, which operates under its own terms and privacy policy.

02Information we collect

We collect personal information in three situations, and only these three.

  • Inquiry forms. When you submit a consultation, program, or facility rental request, we collect the name, email address, phone number, sport or position, stated goal, and message you provide, along with the page you submitted from and the time of submission.
  • Portal accounts. If we create an agent or administrator account for you, we store your name, email address, agency, role, and account status. Passwords are stored only as salted hashes by our authentication provider, never in readable form.
  • Athlete testing data. For athletes enrolled in our programs, we record performance measurements such as timed sprints, jump heights, and lift results, together with the athlete's name, position, school, and draft year.

03Technical information

Our servers record standard request logs, including IP address, for security and abuse prevention. We use your IP address in memory to rate-limit form submissions so the forms cannot be flooded. We do not build advertising profiles from this information.

We do not run analytics scripts, advertising pixels, session recording, or third-party trackers of any kind on this site.

04Cookies

We use one category of cookie: a strictly necessary session cookie that keeps you signed in to the agent portal. It is set only after you log in, it is HTTP-only, and it expires after eight hours.

We do not set advertising, analytics, or cross-site tracking cookies, which is why you will not see a cookie consent banner on this site.

05How we use your information

We use the information above to:

  • Respond to your inquiry and discuss training that fits your goals.
  • Deliver the program you enrolled in, including scheduling, testing, and reporting.
  • Give credentialed agents access to their own athletes' verified testing results.
  • Secure our systems, prevent abuse, and keep an access log of who viewed athlete data.

06We do not sell your information

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not trade, rent, or license your contact details to anyone.

Athlete testing data is shared only with that athlete and the agents or administrators explicitly assigned to them. Every view of an athlete record is logged.

07Service providers who process data for us

We use a small number of vendors to run the site. They process data on our instructions only, and each is bound by its own data processing terms. They are:

  • Supabase, for the database and authentication that store lead submissions, portal accounts, and athlete testing data.
  • Vercel, for website hosting and server request logs.
  • Resend, for delivering inquiry notification emails to our team.

08Artificial intelligence

We do not use your personal information to train artificial intelligence models, and we do not feed athlete testing data or inquiry submissions into any third-party AI service. There is no AI chatbot or automated decision-making system on this site. If that ever changes, we will update this policy and say so plainly before it takes effect.

09Athletes under 18

Our minimum training age is 13. This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

For athletes between 13 and 17, we ask that a parent or legal guardian submit the inquiry and sign the training agreement. A parent or guardian may contact us at any time to review, correct, or delete their athlete's information, including testing data.

10How long we keep it

Inquiry submissions are kept while we are in contact with you and for a reasonable period afterward for our business records. Portal accounts are kept for as long as the account is active. Athlete testing data is kept as part of the athlete's performance history so progress can be measured over time.

You can ask us to delete any of it sooner, and we will unless we are required to keep it.

11Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information, so the latter is already the case for everyone.

To make a request, email us using the address below. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

12Security

Athlete data in the portal is protected by database-level row security, so an agent account cannot read an athlete it has not been assigned, even if the interface is bypassed. Administrative accounts are restricted to our staff, all portal access is logged, and administrators can require two-factor authentication on their accounts.

No system is perfectly secure, but we treat athlete testing data as confidential and design access around that assumption.

13Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be described plainly rather than buried.
