These terms govern your use of athleteinnovations.com and the Operation 53 agent portal. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

These terms cover the website. Training itself is governed by the separate written agreement you sign before your first session.

This site is an informational and inquiry tool for a private performance training facility in Tampa, Florida. Submitting a form starts a conversation. It does not create a training agreement, reserve a spot, or obligate either of us until we have both signed a written agreement.

The testing results published on this site are real measurements from real athletes who trained with us, recorded with timing gates and force plates at our facility or reported from official combine and pro day testing.

They describe what those athletes achieved. They are not a promise of what you will achieve. Athletic improvement depends on training age, starting point, health, consistency, genetics, and factors outside anyone's control. Nothing on this site is a guarantee of a specific time, measurement, roster spot, draft position, or professional opportunity.

Information on this site is general and is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Training is physically demanding and carries inherent risk of injury. Consult a qualified physician before beginning any training program, and stop and seek care if you are injured.

Portal accounts are issued by us to specific individuals and are not transferable. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

Testing data visible in the portal is confidential and is provided so you can represent your athlete. Treat it as you would any other confidential client information. Do not redistribute it to third parties without the athlete's permission.

The site's text, photography, video, programming methodology, and branding are owned by Athlete Innovations unless credited otherwise. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without permission.

Team names, league names, school names, and their logos are the property of their respective owners. They appear on this site to identify where athletes played or signed, as factual reference only. Their use does not imply any affiliation with, sponsorship by, or endorsement from those organizations. Athlete Innovations is an independent training facility.

The site links to third parties, including our booking provider and social platforms. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and their terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.

The site is provided on an as-is basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Athlete Innovations is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the current version, and continued use of the site after an update means you accept it.
